The Ferguson Forest Dog Park is in Ferguson Forest just minutes from downtown Kemptville. The Park was established by the North Grenville Dog Parks Corporation with a mandate to establish and maintain designated areas within the community where dogs can safely play and exercise off leash. In 2019, the Corporation was dissolved, and evolved into a Dog Park Committee within the auspices of the Ferguson Forest Centre Corporation.

The Dog Park Committee consists of a small group of dedicated individuals, and relies on a larger network of Dog Park users and community volunteers for event support and infrastructure maintenance. Funds to establish and maintain the park are generated through sponsorships, donations and fundraising events such as an annual Bake Sale.

The attractive grass and forested area provides park patrons and their dogs with a large fenced area for large dogs and a separate fenced area for small dogs. Park users will find plenty of opportunity to walk and exercise with their canine companions, as well as socialize with other dog owners. Dogs will enjoy frolicking with their owners and their dog friends in a place built just for them!
